The Sherwood Forest Award

This awards available to all licensed Amateur Radio operators on a QSO basis and to SWL on a heard basis.
30 points secures an award, the points being gained as follows:-

5 Points for working/hearing the Mansfield A.R.S. Club call sign G3GQC.

2 Points for working/hearing any member of M.A.R.S.

1 Point for working/hearing any other licensed Radio Amateur in the County of Nottinghamshire.

At the end of 1999, 26 awards had been issued.
